Try A Post Workout Muesliikon Shake Recipe

You  can try this recipe after working out , running , as part of your diet etc.

1. Place some ice in blender
2. Pour 1/2 a cup to 1 cup of either almond milk , rice milk or any milk of your choice
3. Add 1/4 cup of Muesliikon mix
4. Add a scoop of protein powder of your choice
5. Add some kale
6. Blend for approximately 45sec or until it is completely blended
7. Pour, drink and enjoy your healthy shake
